Devo hailed from Akron Ohio and were true electronic pioneers on a par with Kraftwerk. They performed for several years before their debut album Q: Are we not men A: We are Devo! was finally released in 1978. They made many fabulous electronic based albums, some stunning videos (The Men Who make the music is a work of genius) and they are reformed and playing live gigs and writing again.
